Jason Tomsic

Jason P. Tomsic helps business owners solve problems they don't yet know they have - while also addressing the operational symptoms holding them back. With more than two decades of experience across operations, supply chain, and organizational design, Jason specializes in driving enterprise value through disciplined execution, pragmatic leadership, and scalable systems. His work centers on value growth, cash flow improvement, working capital optimization, manufacturing efficiency, and talent development - particularly for complex, growth-oriented organizations.

Jason has partnered with family businesses, family offices, and select private equity firms to navigate the challenges of growth, cost management, and profitability improvement. Drawing on deep manufacturing and supply chain expertise, he works side-by-side with leadership teams to design and implement sustainable solutions that align people, processes, and structure with long-term business objectives.

Previously, Jason served as Senior Vice President at IC Biomedical, LLC, where he led global operations for a private equity-backed acquisition, including the establishment of a new manufacturing facility, ERP integration, and operational scale-up of a $35M business. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Innovative Water Care, Chart Industries, and CAIRE, Inc., where he led global supply chain and operations through multiple acquisitions, transformations, and carve-outs. Jason holds advanced degrees in supply chain and industrial management, along with CVGA and CPSM certifications - bringing a rare blend of strategic insight and operational rigor to the HARRIS | ALLISON Advisory Board.
