When you work with HARRIS | ALLISON, you work directly with us - decades of experience in the room where it matters.
Bill partners with CEOs and leadership teams navigating the moments that define organizations: when growth creates strain, culture begins to fray, or decisions slow under the weight of competing truths. As Founder and CEO of HARRIS | ALLISON, he brings a career spent in the room where the hardest calls get made, helping leaders align strategy, rebuild momentum, and move forward with clarity.
His approach centers on something often overlooked but always decisive: trust. While others focus on frameworks and methodologies, Bill focuses on the human dynamics that actually determine whether transformation succeeds or stalls. He is known for his calm, steady presence and his ability to turn ambiguous, high-stakes situations into shared understanding and decisive action.
Bill is often called in when the usual playbooks stop working - when organizations need more than analysis, they need someone who can help leaders see the same reality and commit to the same path forward. His book, Trust Into Transformation, distills decades of this work into a practical guide for executives who want substance over theory.
He lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with his wife. He is the father of seven children, including three sons who serve in the United States Armed Forces - an experience that continues to shape how he thinks about leadership, responsibility, and trust under real pressure.
Organizations don't fail because they lack intelligence or effort. They fail because people stop interpreting reality together.
Jason has spent over two decades on both sides of enterprise transformation - as an operator inside organizations and as a strategic advisor helping leadership teams get unstuck. As Co-founder and COO, he brings deep technical expertise in enterprise systems, battle-tested experience leading complex implementations, and an unwavering commitment to cutting through the noise to find what actually works.
His 23 years in the Salesforce ecosystem span client-side leadership and consulting across high tech, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. He's led successful implementations from the ground up, rescued troubled programs others had written off, and helped organizations rebuild operational foundations after periods of rapid growth or painful transition. He knows what it looks like when technology initiatives succeed, and more importantly, why they fail.
Jason is known for delivering the truth (the good, the bad, and the uncomfortable) with the kind of directness that executives find refreshing in a world of hedged recommendations and endless analysis. He has little patience for process theater or complexity that exists to justify its own existence. His focus is pragmatic realism: grounded paths forward, achievable outcomes, and momentum that compounds.
He lives in Atlanta with his wife and teenage son. A lifelong volunteer with Scouting America for over 30 years, Jason earned his Eagle Scout rank as a youth and currently serves on the Atlanta Area Council Board of Directors while advising the national organization - a commitment that continues to shape his views on leadership, integrity, and building trust through action rather than words.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Process should serve people, not the other way around.
Rachel has spent two decades helping companies navigate the inflection points that determine whether they scale or stall. As Chief Strategy Officer at HARRIS | ALLISON, she brings a builder's mindset to strategic advisory - someone who started her first company in 2004 and has been in the trenches with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams ever since, helping them see around corners and move faster than they thought possible.
Her work spans biomedical, healthcare, SaaS, enterprise software, professional services, and risk and compliance - industries where the stakes are high and the margin for strategic error is thin. Over her career, she has helped generate more than $3.5 billion in client revenue, with over 85% of those engagements resulting in successful M&As, funding rounds, private equity transactions, IPOs, or exits. She knows what it takes to build something worth acquiring.
Rachel is known for bespoke strategic thinking that refuses to accept artificial limits. Where others see constraints, she sees leverage points. Her approach combines rigorous commercial acumen with a push toward what's actually possible when leaders stop playing it safe. She delivers strategies that are both grounded and ambitious - plans that work on Monday morning but aim somewhere worth going.
She is based in Charlotte and travels extensively, with a second home in northern Italy near the Dolomites - a reflection of how she thinks about business and life: rooted, but never bounded by geography or convention.
We live in a limitless Universe. Vision without audacity is just planning. I'm not here to plan small.
